Transparent pricing guidance for our growth planning consultations — fixed starting rates where possible, custom quotes where scope varies.
Our fees reflect the seniority of the advisor, preparation time, and deliverables included in each engagement. All amounts are in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on your invoice.
Growth Planning Review
From NT$68,000
Final fee depends on number of locations, service categories reviewed, and depth of financial analysis required. Most single-location businesses with under 20 staff fall within NT$68,000–85,000.
Includes: intake interview, document review, findings session, written 90-day plan.
Typical timeline: two weeks from kickoff to delivery.
Capacity Workshop
From NT$42,000
On-site delivery outside Greater Taipei includes travel billed at cost. Half-day facilitation for up to five participants.
Includes: pre-session questionnaire, four-hour workshop, capacity summary, scheduling guidelines.
Quarterly Advisory
NT$28,000 / quarter
Billed at the start of each three-month cycle. 12-month initial agreement; see refund and cancellation policy for terms.
Includes: quarterly review call, written action items, email access between calls.

- Multiple locations — each additional site adds review time for scheduling and staffing comparisons.
- Service menu complexity — businesses with more than twelve distinct service categories require longer analysis.
- Financial depth — if you need margin modelling by practitioner or room, we scope additional hours.
- Urgency — expedited delivery within one week is available at a 20% rush fee when advisor capacity allows.
Payment
We invoice 50% upon booking confirmation and 50% before the findings session (Growth Planning Review) or on the workshop date (Capacity Workshop). Quarterly Advisory is invoiced in full at the start of each quarter.
We accept bank transfer and corporate cheque. We do not process card payments on this website — pricing here is informational only.
