Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to paid consultations booked with Magnolia Way Advisory: Growth Planning Reviews, Capacity Workshops, and Quarterly Advisory retainers. Fees are for professional advisory services, not physical products.

Deposits and payment

• Growth Planning Review: 50% deposit due at booking; balance due before delivery of the written plan.
• Capacity Workshop: 50% deposit at booking; balance due on the workshop date.
• Quarterly Advisory: full quarter fee invoiced at the start of each three-month cycle.

Payments are accepted by bank transfer or corporate cheque as stated on your invoice.

Cancellation by client

Growth Planning Review

• More than 14 days before kickoff: full deposit refund minus NT$2,000 administrative fee.
• 7–14 days before kickoff: 50% of deposit refunded.
• Fewer than 7 days before kickoff: deposit non-refundable; we will attempt to reschedule once within 60 days at no additional booking fee.

Capacity Workshop

• More than 10 business days before session: full deposit refund minus NT$2,000 administrative fee.
• Fewer than 10 business days: deposit may be applied to a rescheduled date within 90 days or forfeited if no reschedule is arranged.

Quarterly Advisory

• Retainer may be ended at the close of any quarter with 30 days’ written notice before the next billing date.
• Fees for the current quarter are non-refundable once the quarter has begun.
• No refund for unused email support or optional manager sessions within a paid quarter.

Cancellation by Magnolia Way Advisory

If we cancel due to advisor illness or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered services or rescheduling at no extra charge.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted per engagement if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled kickoff or workshop. Additional reschedules may incur a NT$3,000 fee.

No-shows

Failure to attend a scheduled kickoff, findings session, or workshop without 48 hours’ notice is treated as a no-show. The deposit for that session is forfeited. We may offer one rescheduled date at our discretion.

Work already started

If you cancel after we have begun document analysis or delivered partial written materials, you are charged for hours completed at our standard advisory rate, deducted from amounts paid. Any remainder is refunded within 14 business days.

Non-refundable items

• Administrative fees stated above
• Travel costs already incurred for on-site workshops outside Greater Taipei
• Completed quarters of Quarterly Advisory
• Rush delivery fees once work has commenced on an expedited timeline

Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfers are returned to the source account provided on your invoice.
