What is included

• Intake interview (90 minutes): We walk through your service menu, booking calendar, staff roster, and recent financial summaries. You do not need polished reports — handwritten notes and export files from your booking system are fine.
• Document review (one week): We analyse scheduling patterns, average visit length, no-show rates, and margin by service category.
• Findings session (2 hours): We present observations, trade-offs, and three agreed priorities for the next 90 days.
• Written plan: A PDF summary with recommended actions, rough timelines, and metrics to track weekly.

What is not included

This is a planning engagement, not hands-on implementation. We do not redesign your website, negotiate leases, or manage recruitment on your behalf. If you need ongoing support after the review, our Quarterly Advisory retainer may be a better fit.

How it works

1. Submit a contact form or call our office to request availability.
2. We send a short intake questionnaire and schedule the kickoff call.
3. You share booking exports and any margin notes within five business days.
4. We deliver findings and the written plan within two weeks of kickoff.

Preparation

Gather the last three months of appointment data, a current staff schedule, and your service price list. If you track revenue by category in a spreadsheet, include that as well. The more complete the picture, the more specific our recommendations.
